What we are baking this month
Six cakes rotate through the case each month. These are made in eight inch and ten inch rounds, and any of them can be scaled up for a party or a sheet order. Call ahead if you want one held.
Limoncello
Lemon cake soaked in limoncello syrup, lemon cream between the layers, candied lemon on top.
Black Forest
Chocolate cake, cherries, fresh whipped cream, toasted crumbs around the base and chocolate scrollwork on top.
Carrot Cake
Spiced carrot cake with walnuts, cream cheese frosting, candied walnuts and marzipan carrots.
German Chocolate
Chocolate layers with coconut pecan filling cooked on the stove, chocolate buttercream piped around the edge.
Chocolate Chunk
Chocolate cake under a ganache shell, topped with chunks of chocolate chip cookie dough and mocha rosettes.
White Alpine
White cake, vanilla mousse, covered edge to edge in shaved white chocolate. The one that disappears first at showers.

Sizes and notice
Six inch
Feeds six to eight. Good for a small birthday or two people who want leftovers.
Eight inch
Feeds twelve to sixteen. The size most of our featured cakes are built in.
Ten inch
Feeds twenty to twenty five. Order two days ahead so we can chill and finish it properly.
Trays
Sliced cake and mini cheesecake trays for offices and catering. Three days notice.
