Four things we do every week
Cakes
Six inch, eight inch and ten inch rounds. Chocolate, white, carrot, lemon and everything in the case. Ready same day when we have them on hand.
Wedding cakes
Two to twenty two tiers, buttercream finished, stacked and set up at your venue. Tastings by appointment.
Custom cakes
Birthdays, graduations, retirements, gender reveals. Bring a photo or a color swatch and we will match it in frosting.
Specialty items
Cheesecakes, mini cheesecakes, mousse cakes and tortes. Good for office trays and dessert tables.

Chocolate Raspberry Chambord
Dark chocolate cake, raspberry filling with a splash of Chambord, poured ganache on top.
Lemon Raspberry
Lemon cake, raspberry preserves in the middle and on top, lemon buttercream shaded from white to yellow.
Cookies and Cream
Chocolate cake, cookie whipped filling, chocolate glaze poured over the edge with cookie shards on top.

Pick flavor and look
Choose from the case or send a photo. We confirm the price before we start baking.
Pick it up cold
Your cake is boxed and refrigerated. Take it out an hour before serving so the buttercream softens.
Home kitchens and commercial kitchens
Half of what leaves our door goes to a family table. The other half goes to restaurants, banquet halls, country clubs and offices around the greater Detroit area.
Need a cake this week?
Most single cakes need two days notice. Wedding cakes need six weeks.
